We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but if something isn’t right, let us know and we will refund your purchase.  You may return it with your original packing slip within 60 days and we will exchange the item or refund your full purchase price, less the shipping, and handling.  We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise in the original packaging.

ONLINE RETURNS

Customers should use an insured mail service. We cannot be responsible for items that we do not receive. Packages must be returned prepaid. We cannot accept COD deliveries.

Once we receive your shipment, we’ll issue a credit in your original form of payment. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees. Allow 2-3 weeks for refunds to be processed.


Exchanges

For exchanges, it will be necessary to process your return for a refund followed by a new order. Shipping charges may apply for changes processed by mail.


Returns for a Gift

If you are returning a gift, the purchaser will be credited with a refund on the original form of payment.


Returns With an Original Sales Receipt

Merchandise may be returned and a refund will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when returned within 60 days of purchase.


Returns Without an Original Sales Receipt
